This is a gel like moisturizer which has a nice cooling sensation when applied. It is moisturizing but does leave a little bit of a sticky residue until it is fully dry, this isn't necessarily a bad thing however as when applied before foundation it allows the makeup to adhere better to the skin. The only potential downside to this product really is that it has a very strong artificial rose smell which not all people may like. overall I would recommend this product.
