Although I still feel the price is a bit high, yet I was surprised by how good quality these are. Each of the 4 ends of the 2 tools serves a slightly different purpose. I bought a nice hygienic container to store them in. When using these it very important to keep them sanitary as well as cleansing really well before, softening the pores with heat and making sure the skin gets everything it needs to be able to return back to healthy a state - not leaving the pores open or they will build all the stuff back in. You need to be extra careful not to cause any damage.
