I use this as a first cleanser and I really love it. It's really light and refreshing and easily removes makeup whilst only needing like 1-2 small pumps per usage. I've been using it for over a week and my skin does feel softer although there hasn't been any miracles. You're meant to massage it into a dry face first then rub water into to make a light foam, and although I always end up getting it into my eyes it's non-irritating. Reeaallly gentle cleanser.
