This is a cream protector and should be used on dry hair before styling.I always had protectors that goes on wet hair so this is a new one for me but it's amazing!It leaves my hair so smooth!I have dry hair and it's perfect for me.Would definitely buy it again.And yes it does have a pretty strong smell of flowers,it's simply amazing!:))
