If you're a fan of matte lip products; try this! Soo pigmented! The consistency of this is a lot like a liquid lipstick. It comes out creamy but dries very matte. Be sure to exfoliate and moisturize your lips beforehand or it will emphasize cracks a lot! It's also not like a traditional tint in the term of longevity. This will fade a bit quicker but still leave a slight stain behind.
