This is a good toner to use as a pH adjuster after cleansing (according to others, it's pH is around 3.8). It is, however, not exciting to use, and can be a bit drying.  It has an isopropyl alcohol smell to it (dissipates quickly), and the spray bottle is a bit inefficient. It can sting a bit on broken or sensitive skin; and I don't recommend using it as a refresher or re-wetting step in between other products.  I recommend spraying a couple squirts into the hand and patting it into the skin to avoid wasting product.
