These are the best patches i have ever used. Any pimples that are about to be popped i just place this on fresh clean skin. Make sure your face is dry before applying and slightly press it over so it stays in place. Leave it on minimum 6 hours to absorb all the gunk and voila spot has been erupted and all gunk is removed on the patch. LOVE THIS!! Wish it only had the bigger size the small sizes is worthless!
