I bought shade 21 and 23 as i did not know which shades to get. Jolse offers it way cheaper than the april skin website or any other online shops, so why not :D

True enough, i had to mix both for my skin tone. I'm about Nc20 in MAC, 23 is suitable for NC25-30 while 21 is for NC15 and above. Both lean towards yellow undertone. I use 23 for my outer part of my face and 21 on my cheeks and forehead. This covers every pigmentation that i have and stays flawless throughout the day. The finish is semi matte.
