I really love this cleansing balm, it removes all makeup easily and leaves the skin clean. BUT! The balm is solid and melts when applied to the skin, sadly though is it is the least bit warm in the room you keep it in it will melt a bit. The problem with this is that the product seeps out through the lid and makes the whole packaged oily and sticky. I keep my balm in the fridge and it is still oily! I will probably not buy this again.
