It is so very pigmented, it is like a typical tint in a sense that it is not moisturizing. I love the color pay off, how long it wears, the smell. I have mine in number 5, no spoilers which is like a red-ish pink, like a deep raspberry shade. I LOVE IT. You will not regret this purchase!
