This is a stick concealer, however the formula is not too thick and is creamy enough to blend well and easily as well as not make dry patches too extremely noticeable. In saying this, it is thick enough to actually stay on spots because I find with liquid concealers they totally blend away, whereas this does stay on after blending which is great. I find this to work well for my NC15-20 (currently closer to NC20) skin.
