I bought this product at first thinking that it was just a regular brow pen/brow mascara combo.  After purchasing it, I realized that it had a "tattoo" function, which made me both curious and nervous.  I must say that after using this item a few times now, I am very impressed!  You can use either way, as the tattoo function, or just as a regular brow pen for makeup.  I tried the "tattoo" instructions and I must say it was amazing to have my brows look perfect and done in the morning without having to do anything.  This is a really unique product.  That night I double cleansed my face with a strong cleansing oil and foam cleanser, and guess what...my brows were still done, perhaps just a tad faded, but they do recommend that you use it 2-3 days in a row to get it to last up to 5 days.  Amazing product!  Actually does what it says, I really love it!
