I use this in the morning,using 1 full pump, I apply first on dry skin and wash off with water and my konjac sponge.   I love how gentle it is (my skin hates high pH cleansers and this one has a very low pH), yet my skin still feels clean but without feeling stripped.  It has a mild unisex scent which I don't find irritating.
