This mask has a very nice, gel-like texture that is only slightly sticky and has a cooling and soothing effect on the face. In the jar it smells slightly sweet like honey but the scent is not very noticable on the skin. It doesn't provide rich moisture but it works great at relieving redness and itchy dry patches. The morning after using it my face always feels soft and smoothed out.
