I purchased this for my mom who's a big fan of the Therapy line. It comes with the "oil" (which is more like a serum/gel like consistency) sitting at the top of the cream so once it's been mixed, using the spatula provided, it's ready to be used. It definitely offers more moisture in comparison to the original cream because of the added "oil" layer, but the scents are very similar. It has a nice floral scent which disappears after application. Overall, she's very satisfied with it and would recommend it!
