I purchased this LED light because I saw it featured on Jolse's youtube channel (no self-restraint) and I was looking into purchasing a home gel-nail kit anyways.

My job requires frequent use of my hands as well as constantly washing them and it has taken a toll on my nails. Gel nails seem to thicken my nails so they are less prone to breaking and peeling and keeps my nails in a semi-presentable state.

Spending $60 every couple of weeks at a nail salon is not in my budget and seeing as the sale was going on on Jolse, I jumped and purchased this product.

It is very compact and folds down into about .5-1 inch thickness and is extremely light. There is a small black push button at the base of the hinge to turn the light on and it automatically shuts itself off after 45 seconds. This unit is not wireless and requires you to plug it into an outlet.

*For those of us that are not in South Korea, remember to have an outlet adaptor as the plug that comes with the product is made for Korean outlets!*

Overall, it's a great introduction product for at-home gel nail newbies like myself and is lightweight and compact enough to not take up too much room when stored.
