I like this liner! I find nothing to complain. It is easy to apply. The color is opaque and one swipe is enough to make the color opaque. The liner dries quickly so you don't need to worry about transferring it to your crease when blinking. It did not smudge on my semi-oily lids. Easy to wash off too at the end of the day. Recommend! the packaging is quite bulky though.. why not make it slimmer but taller..
