I have fine hair so this product weighs my hair down a bit. It would be great for someone with thicker, dry, curly hair though. The treatment part is a thick, yellow cream that smells slightly sweet. The hair cap has room for lots of hair, so if you have long or thick hair it will work, but the elastic on it isn't very strong so it's a little hard to keep all your hair inside it. The cap also smells kind of rubbery, but the smells washes off your hair when you rinse it all out. It did make my hair feel soft and smooth.
