This one did help with the frizz that I have towards the ends of my hair, but my hair didn't feel very nourished after using it. It is a clear, sticky, thick gel that you put in your hair after shampooing and leave in. I waited until my hair was dry and then put it up in a bun overnight as usual to curl it, and it did hold the curl very well the next day. So this product is perhaps better to use as a styling product than as a treatment for hair. It comes in a pretty large tube so it'd take a long time to use it all up.
