I purchased this foundation for my mom, who has a normal skin type. She is usually between #21 and #23 in most Korean products and shade #4 fits her well. This foundation is a lightweight, matte medium coverage foundation. I would recommend those with dry skin types to thoroughly moisturize and use a hydrating primer. Although this product has "waterdrop" in the name, I think they were going more towards a water proof marketing strategy instead of saying it was moisturizing.
