I bought this as I have very dry skin in hopes that it would get rid of the flakes off my cheeks and around my nose. I find when I use this it actually absorbs well into the skin compared to other sleeping packs that tend to leave a layer on the skin that eventually absorbs overnight. Despite this I still woke up with much nicer hydrated skin than I did the previous night and over time the flakes on my cheeks did decrease in occurence. Now, I am starting to introduce it as a night cream and it also seems to work quite well. I'd recocomend this to anyone that is looking for an additional step that hydrates well and does not overload or make the face too sticky.
