This really is for removing eye makeup. The problem is that it's too thick while being easily separated. Removing base makeup is actually a hassle because it absorbs too much product while not providing enough lift to get rid of large swatches of foundation. You can't use it if you want to apply toner either because it's too thick. Personally, I don't like it.
