This is more of a toner but in a gel format. It's very non-comedogenic, so it won't irritate you. I personally love the smell, but if you don't like florals or rose-based scents, stay away. It does NOT moisturize. I use it right after I get out of the shower or right after I wash my face. I use a little so that I don't dry out while I'm getting ready but right before I actively moisturize. There's a LOT, so I won't need to buy this for a while. I think once I run out I will buy something different.
