To be honest this is the first time I tried pimple patches and I have an overall positive feeling about this product. Obviously it cannot do magic, but for me it works just the way I expect it to. I usually use them on unpopped pimples to reduce the bump, also to keep bacteria etc. out so it can heal more easily. As I noticed it does help getting rid of pimples if used in the correct way. I always cleanse my skin thoroughly before applying a patch and most of the times I leave it on during the night. But I would seriously recommend using them overnight. It actually helps the healing process so I would give it a 5*. Also it prevents me from picking and popping them if I put them on during the day, which is a big plus :)
