If you've been using your hands to wash your face, you've been doing it wrong. This cleansing puff makes all my cleansers several times more effective and I can see and feel the difference. It is super soft and gentle but leaves such a squeaky and thoroughly clean feeling on my face. It's flexible and reaches every area. My skin is much clearer now because this puff completely cleans my face and doesn't irritate it at all. There's also a black version which I believe is more suited to oily skin, while this white one is great for dry skin.
