The product came safely wrapped in bubble wrap along with generous samples. The lid was also securely wrapped showing it's an unopened product. It's a nice addition to my skincare routine as I haven't experienced any adverse reactions and it's somewhat moisturizing. However, I haven't noticed any big changes in my hyperpigmentation spots. It may take some time for these changes to occur.

It does a decent job of brightening my skin, but it does leave a tacky feeling. At first I applied it to my entire face, and then moisturized, but my face felt greasy and tacky for the rest of the day. Now I just use it in selective spots, but even then it can feel a bit tacky.
