I've tried these patches as a friend of mine recommended them to me. There comes a good variety of patch sizes (three different sizes) and they adhere well on skin, when put on dry and clean skin. Unfortunatelly I often have to "break" the pimples before putting the patch on otherwise it won't soak the pus. It reduces the swelling of the pimple but it left some of them still red, therefore I only gave four and not five stars...
