After hearing all of the raves, I decided to try this pack out after frying my hair when bleaching and dying it a couple months ago. The pack itself smells really good, and a little goes a long way! I applied to damp hair, wrapped my hair up in a shirt, and let it sit for 20-30 min. Wash it out wasn't too difficult, and it left my hair sooo silky and soft, I thought I found my HG! But afterwards, I found that the next day, my hair texture hadn't changed that significantly. This pattern continued for after trying it for couple weeks, three times a week. I probably killed my hair to the point of no return, and I would still definitely recommend this product to friends looking for basic conditioning beyond regular treatment, but I feel like for me, there weren't any noticeable, long-term benefits.
