This cream doesn't seem to work as well on me as it does for everyone else. It doesn't work on reducing all of my pimples. I find that the cream works on pimples are just starting to form (they reduce the redness and is not visible the next day - I apply this before I sleep). But for pimples that have already formed, I find it pretty much does nothing. I'm not even sure if it helps bring it to a head faster (that's what I think is happening...) However, I think it helps pimples that have already been popped heal faster. It doesn't do much for scarring but I feel it calmed down already popped areas. I'm not sure if I will buy this again
