I think it's really good as the brush one. The felt tip it's a little bit stiff but It's good whenever my hands are quite shaky in the morning, I think the felt tip gives me more control on the linings I'm drawing. The formula performs nicely, it stays on, it does not smudge on my oily eyelids. For the price point I find Clio pen eyeliners really great. Here in my country, all drugstore pen liquid liners are awful, these by Clio are absolutely high quality performances compared to the ones I can get  in my home town.

I still use the Clio brush tip eyeliner and I bought it 6 months ago. I can't say if the Pen Liner will last as long but I will store it with the cap facing down as I always do and I hope it won't dry out too soon.
