This Skin Booster is toner. I use this right after washing my face. It has a gel consistency so it has a cooling effect that I like. Nice light-weight consistency that sinks into the skin quickly and effectively. My skin is prepped for the next steps. Lightly moisturizes.
Sadly, I cannot stand the scent. For me personally it is too strong and perfumy. Great product though!
