These pimple patches work well for open blemishes. The blemish will have diminished when you take the patch off, but if you use it on a blemish without a head it will do almost nothing. I saw or felt no difference from when i put the patch on till i took it off. For these kind of bumps or blemishes i would recommend a chemical exfoliant or something similar to heal these kind of blemishes. Overall good, but not the best.
