I'm a no-frills kind of gal and the COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser is just my jam. As all of us skincare aficionados know, the skin of the face is slightly acidic and thus, you should preferably use a cleanser that is also slightly acidic. Like this excellent cleanser from COSRX.

My skin type: mid-twenties/mostly normal/dry cheeks/arid climate. Main skin concern: sun damage, dryness, dullness, whiteheads, slight redness in some places.

Pros

- This cleanser is noticeably less stripping than the one I was previously using

- Since I first started using this cleanser, my skin is noticeably less uneven in texture

- It emulsifies well (though it doesn't foam) and goes on very smoothly

- Comes in a tub, which is hygienic

- It's going to last a long while. The tub is big, and you only need to use a drop or two of the gel every time you cleanse.

Cons

- It smells strongly of something pine-y, but I'm not sure what. It bothered me the first few times I used this cleanser, but now I don't even notice it.

In conclusion: 5 of 5 stars. Though I'm not a fan of the fragrance, the pros I've listed definitely make up for it. I can both feel and see just how much my skin likes this cleanser. I'll definitely repurchase!

I would recommend this cleanser to:

- everyone who isn't sensitive to fragrance
