As mentioned in the the saem lip top coat, bought this one too and this was better. Didn't have problems with any tint or lipstick yet. It works of the same way from the other, covering lips with a liquid-gel film that slowly fades with use or if you're drinking something or eating. It helps to make lip products last longer, it helps to make it non-transferable, but doesn't help to avoid blurring or smudging, at first looks a little juicy but when it dries, gives a slight matte finish. Coffee cups free from lipstick stains too ^_^. Both lip top coats don't dry lips.
