I originally got the dhl oil cleanser when i was in japan, and i fell in love with how gentle yet effective it was at cleansing! however, it was not effective in getting rid of eye make up. THIS however, is superior and often gets rids of most of my eye make up too (though not entirely). although i don't wear make up very often, i could tell immediately this was the better product and plan to stick to it!
