This powder is just another run-of-the-mill no sebum powder. It left my skin quite itchy after the first use, but my skin got used to it. I have an oily nose but the rest of my face is extremely dry. After powdering my nose completely in the morning (packing it on), my nose still gets shiny by the end of the day. I guess that's a representation of how it would wear on oily skin. Its "no sebum" properties are not as strong as the Innisfree powder. This would be a good setting powder for normal skin. If you are considering buying a powder, I would recommend the Innisfree one over this.
