I'm a NC20 and I got it in shade 23, the color would be good if it were less gray and pink toned. After half an hour it does oxidize to a slightly less gray color, but it's still pretty obvious. Nevertheless, it's a good formula and it sits nice on the skin. It has a dewy finish and blends in with your skin texture.
