This is my ultimate favourite spot treatment, it helps reduce my pimple size and also... helps prevent my hands from  trying to squeeze them or touching them.

It always intrigues me whenever I put the spot patches on throughout the night and when i wake up to remove it because there's always a white puddle stuck onto the patches - which is the oil that it sucks out from your pimples, quite cool haha

There was a time I had a massive spot on my chin, but luckily i was at home all week so I would stick the patches on throughout the day (changing it probably 2 times and then changing it before dinner) and after 2-3 days my spot was gone :) Definitely recommend this!
