As a person with a bit of cystic acne and hormone issues I can't really say it worked miracles on my skin, but it usually brings the small painful pimples to a head while making the big stubborn ones not hurt and itch as much as I'm used to. I've been using it as a spot treatment for about two months now and I plan on buying it again afterwards.
