Hi Jolse customer service,

This is my first order from Jolse and I am deeply disappointed with the state of my item when receiving. When I opened the eye cream, half of the content was empty, the seal was no longer there, and some of the cream spill over to the jar and dried out. I can send you picture for verification. This is my first time order from Jolse, but after this experience it's very unlikely I would order again.
