I thought it was a good idea to have both the brush and the extractor on the same tool. The problem with this is that the brush doesn't seem to do much (it massages but that's pretty much it) and since the extractor is made of plastic, I'm always afraid of it breaking when I put pressure on it. Good concept, not much results.
