I used this after a really long week of assessments with no sleep and hours staring at a laptop screen. This really helped my tired eyes and helped relax me to fall asleep, to the point that I fell asleep with these on without noticing. There’s also a very slight lavender scent which isn’t overpowering but is really pleasant, even for me who doesn’t usually like lavender scent.

I bought this after seeing a Japanese one that’s getting pretty popular but wanted to try these cause you can buy them single before committing to buying a box of the others.
