This matte shadow isn’t matte. There’s extremely fine shimmer which in the pan doesn’t show up much but when you apply it you can see a sheen to your eyes. It’s not glittery at a ll but it does give a natural glow. Because of this, I find it better to use it with your fingers and then if need be blend with a brush after, but not use a brush to apply to avoid any shimmer fallout. Also, it’s very buttery and smooth which means you can use your fingers easily. This shade is a great pinky-brown, burnt and warm shade so great for everyday or as a base
