I use this as a second cleanser, after my balm/oil cleanser. It's great, but it kinda smells like soap and it can sting my lips if I'm really dry. I wouldn't use this on its own, I think the pH is too high and strips my sensitive and dry skin. But as a cleanser for residue from my oil cleanser this works great.
