I love the frosted glass bottle the TOSOWOONG Propolis Sparkle Ampoule comes in and the dropper is great too. It's really nicely packaged. The ampoule itself is colourless and somewhat goopy. It still feels very light on the skin. I like it but to be honest I will always prefer my Scinic AiO Honey Ampoule, which is slightly stickier upon application but feels more hydrating, brightening and moisturising. I have yet to experience the soothing aspects of this; I think it's a nice mostly hydrating ampoule but no miracle worker.
