I bought this toner a while ago, probably around December 2016 and I've used the whole bottle. This is my first time using a toner, but honestly it's not what I imagined toners should be. It's pretty gentle as I have sensitive skin, and it didn't irritate me most of the time. But I felt as if it's not as moisturizing (?) as I thought it should. Actually this toner might be better for an extra step in removing makeup, which is not very necessary for me if I double cleanse. It's pretty unique because it's a bubble, but I guess a normal type would still be better as this doesn't feel as refreshing.
