Holika Holika - Jewel-Light Waterproof Eyeliner - 01 Black Review

I bought this eyeliner to use for my upper waterline.

This eyeliner is so super duper intense  black for a pencil liner, amazing! This liner is 90% smudge proof and 95% water proof, plus 95% water-smudge proof. It applies very smoothie onto your waterline, with 1 swipe you are almost finished already, this is really great for if you have sensitive eyes (I personally hate it when I really have to draw a few times on my). When I apply it on my upper waterline, I always let it dry afterwards before I really blink again. It does transfers a bit, only like 5% I would say and 30% transfer if you blink hard 3 times in a row lol :)

This eyeliner is really good, maybe the best I own at the moment!
