I've always had trouble styling my under-eyelashes and thought it'd be a lost case, till i saw reviews of this on youtube - can't not try it right? It really does allow for easier application, mind you there's still a learning curve with not getting it onto your skin, and applying on the left (i'm right handed) — but there's a day you want to glam up a bit and give extra attention to your eyes, why not? It's cheap :)
