Pros?
*It stays on great. My eyes water very easily, from wind or just from bright light, so non-waterproof mascaras have never worked for me and some waterproof ones even fail on me. Innisfree does make great waterproof mascaras though, their skinny one is great as well. If anything, it will rub off a bit if you will rub your eyes but never leave you with panda eyes (at least never for me).
*Holds the curl well
*Good for sensitive eyes, the formula hasn't irritated my eyes.

Cons?
*It doesn't separate lashes greatly but i think it is the mascara wand's problem. I prefer the plastic type brushes.
*A bit hard to remove as the formula is very waterproof (i use Bioderma's h2o makeup remover water)

TIP!
Wipe off excess product from the brush wand to avoid eyelashes clumping together!
