It's a good occlusive for damaged skin, but it's not moisturizing enough. I mix it with aquaphor and use it on top of tretinoin so I don't get flakey skin.

It is very thick and doesn't absorb, so use sparingly. I only use it on redness and sensitive areas. My sensitive areas have improved over time.
